More than 40 people showed up for the event. We had 3 stations which they could experience Asian culture; Japanese calligraphy, origami and chopsticks.

We provided some snacks and drinks, and had Japanese calligraphy and chopstick competitions that had amazing prizes.

At origami station, we learned how to make paper cranes which symbolize long life, and lethal paper shuriken which Ninja used as weapons. Everyone succeeded to make them.

We shared our knowledge of how to write traditional Japanese calligraphy in a beautiful way. Some people knew how to write their own name in Japanese.

At the end of the event, we had a chopstick competition where participants had to move different shaped things as fast as possible. The winners received chopsticks!!

There was a jovial atmosphere throughout the event and we had a great time.
