President

As the President, you will prepare and chair the board meetings, making the agenda.
You will also keep track of what is happening at the national and international level, as well as with the local board and volunteers.
You will be the main responsible and contact person of ESN Bergen, trusted with the administrative tasks and in touch with external parties.
If you are reliable, know the ins and outs of ESN Bergen and you can keep up with what happens within the organisation,
then apply to become the President!

Vice President

As Vice President, you will be the key link between our
Board and the wider ESN Network. You will be responsible
for setting up meetings, taking minutes and
ensuring that our active members stay engaged.

Event Manager

As our Event Manager, you will be responsible for the events' programme of ESN Bergen.
If you are creative, a good planner and like to be the backbone of a great event,
then this position is for you!

Tresurer

You will be the backbone of our finances - managing budgets, accounts,
and applications for funding while ensuring everything runs smoothly with the bank.
A key role for anyone who loves responsibility,
organisation, and making a real impact behind the scenes.

Buddy Coordinator

You will lead the Buddy Committee and make Buddy Bergen thrive!
You will also get creative in promoting the program
and making it a fun, welcoming experience for everyone.

Communication Manager

Do you enjoy creating posts, promoting events and interacting
with our audience on our Social Media channels?
Then this is the role for you!

Partnership Responsible

As a Partnership Responsible, your role is to find and maintain partnerships,
through which we can increase the visibility of the organisation.

Volunteer Coordinator

As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will actively recruit volunteers and be responsible for the volunteer meetings
and ensure an environment where they feel welcomed, included and appreciated.

Webmaster

As our Webmaster you will oversee, design and create content for our website.
If you are creative and have (or wish to improve) your IT skills

Team-Building Coordinator

Our Team-Building Coordinator is tasked with organising events for volunteers and board members.
